- Must have handled team of minimum 5.
1. Acquisition of New IFAs in IIFL system for B2B sales which needs to be continuous and ongoing process.
2. Recruiting and Managing team of RMs, who will be responsible for enrolling new IFAs.
3. Market Focused product like MF , PMS, AIF, Company FD, Bonds , NCDs, IPO, Structured Products, Life Insurance, General Insurance , Home loans, LAP, LAS though B2B Channel sales .
4. Developing & Maintaining lucrative Relationship with RM's to retain them and also would be responsible for increasing the market share within this space
5. Conduct regular Business opportunity presentation for prospective IFA's .
6. Joint calls with IFAs and support in business development of IFAs though Activities and Investor Education Programmes .
7. Build strong Relationship with IFAs for them to give IIFL allocation across products offerings .
8. Train and Support IFAs for to go paperless MF Transactions though IIFL MF Insta and MF Online Platform .
9. Build Sizable AUM Book for MF, SIP, Long Term Debt etc.
10. Responsible for achieving top and bottom line targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis.
Salary: INR 4,25,000 - 9,25,000 PA.
