Job Description

Responsible for team approval and disbursal targets as per the defined productivity of DSA Channel.
Formulate & implement sales strategy to achieve the targets.
Market intelligence, Presentations to management on competition and other relevant market information.
Maintain relevant MIS to track overall business flow.
Liaise with Credit and Operations to optimize productivity and TAT.
Managing team of RM/SM.
Managing promotional activities to generate business
Monitoring team members and evaluate them in terms of Productivity and Quality of Sourcing
Maintaining yield / product mix and product of the assigned territory.
To manage hiring/attrition and nurture & train team members of branches.
To derive optimum productivity from the team.
To create new APF and business Associates.
Cross sell of insurance

Salary: INR 6,50,000 - 9,00,000 PA.
