Mission of the role:  
To act as a pivotal role in the L&D team architecture, facilitating the functional & technical knowledge (Product & Process training) & skill building (Sales training) requirements of businesses of IIFL Finance ( Gold Loans, SME loans, Digital Finance, Personal Loans, Cross Sell products of MF, Insurance, Broking)

Position/ Title : Senior Trainer NBFC Business;  
Location: Thane  (Individual Contributor role)

  •  Bring live the leader in you by managing end to end training requirements for NBFC business at a central level and complete responsibility of West region   Opportunity to explore and leverage digital learning modes/ avenues for employee training

  •  An opportunity to conceptualize, design, develop and deliver key interventions in the functional, technical & sales areas   
  • Lead the process of formalizing and reviewing budgets for learning interventions planned for the business groups 
  • Take charge of designing and implementing an annual learning calendar (Functional, Technical & Sales) on key interventions across job families in the organization Sales, Credit, Collections & other support functions 
  •  Bring in your creativity in terms of institutionalizing a blended learning approach in disseminating functional knowledge 
  •  Hands on experience to develop functional and sales content for the business groups 

What would you be measured on:

  •   Extend to which technology is leveraged for knowledge dissemination/ learning events (Digital learning)   
  • Drive digital learning agenda across business groups and measure learning quotient 
  •  Extend of digital learning adoption which the role has been able to generate   New & Unique learning interventions which are implemented across the board   Quality of programs/ interventions delivered and developed by Self   Quality and alignment of training intervention to business context/ needs  Formalization and execution of Policies and processes related to Capability Development (Learning Plan, Road Map formalization etc) 
  •  Capability to assess the impact of interventions planned for job roles/ families/ businesses  Our expectations on the desired profile:   Familiarity with traditional and modern training methodology (majorly digital/ blended learning approach) 

 Proven experience of 8+ years either in business roles (Sales/Credit) or as trainer managing functional programs (Product & Process) 
 Retail Asset Product & Process training exposure will be an added advantage   Exposure in Banks/ NBFC/BFSI organizations would be an added advantage Experience in delivering functional programs for retail assets businesses
