- Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like job portals, employee referral, head hunting, reference generation, etc
- Analyze the CVs and shortlist the candidates based on the pre-set criteria
- Scheduling the interviews of candidates
- Co-coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for interview lineups with the business head.
- Conducting the interviews by different ways (Personal & Telephonic Interview).
- Taking follow up for salary negotiation and Processing the offer letter / Offer details of the candidate as per the schedule
- Following up with the candidates till he/she comes on board
- Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all candidates / applicants
- Develop and maintain all recruitment related MIS on a regular basis.
- Resolving salary queries and explaining HR policies.
