Position Name: Territory Manager
Experience:- 5 Years Minimum Gold Loan Must 1 or 2 Years
Location: Vadodara & Surat
- Should be able to manage the portfolio for Gold Loan/financial business within its territory.
- Leading a team of Branch Managers to ensure business growth.
- Identifying & taking initiatives for launching new branches across the assigned territory.
- Should be able to generate revenue and ensure overall business growth
- Guiding and motivating subordinates in achieving their goals
- Training the sales team on all the financial activities from time to time.
- Maintaining quality of the business by tracking & controlling the team.
- Coaching & mentoring employees and providing them with timely feedback on their performance.
1. Graduate/post graduate with minimum 4-6 years of experience in dealing with gold loans/financial activities.
2. Basic knowledge about computer is a must.
3. Should be ready to travel extensively
